About me
Cassandra studied Music and LMIS s at Valley City State University. Post college, she volunteered and then worked part-time at Valley City Barnes County Public Library. After being rejected for a part-time library position at another area library, she convinced herself that perhaps library work was not where she belonged. She was wrong.
After 10 years of accounting and bookkeeping jobs, she began volunteering at Fargo Public Library. Volunteering turned into part-time work at both Fargo Public and West Fargo Public Libraries, and then part-time to full-time at West Fargo Public. Her current role of Adult Services Librarian encompasses senior outreach, collection development, programming, reference, and whatever else needs to be done.
